1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Neatio: Easy Phone Cleaner (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inna Solovei ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Neatio may offer optional paid features ("Neatio Pro") via auto-renewing subscriptions managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
- We do not process refunds directly; all refund requests must be made through Apple.
4. User Content and Permissions
The App requests access to your photos and videos to perform its core cleaning functions. You retain full ownership of all your content. The App does not upload, share, or transmit your media files to any external server.
Secret Space files are stored encrypted on your device. If you delete the App, Secret Space contents will be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from App deletion or device issues.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, interface design, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Inna Solovei. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INNA SOLOVEI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
